Last Will - $150
A Will provides guidance to your loved ones after your passing. It gives you the power to make decisions ahead of time to prevent further burden upon your family. A Will allows you to designate an executor, appoint a guardian for your children, and appoint a trustee to oversee assets for young children. Your Will is a document that should endure the test of time and therefore it is important to allow some flexibility in making decisions in your Will. You should name at least two alternates for each designation in your Will including your Executor, Guardian, or Trustee. This will allow you to make the decision regarding your representative if the first appointee is unable or unwilling to serve at the position.
Medical Power of Attorney - $100
A Medical Power of Attorney allows you to appoint someone to make Medical Decisions in the event that you become unable to answer questions concerning your Health Care needs. This will authorize one individual to act as agent and stand in your place in answering medical decisions regarding your safety and well being.
Medical Directive (Living Will) - $75
